Sonthida Keyuravong
King Mongkut’s University of Technology, Thailand
Her main work involves teaching on MA programs in English Language Teaching and Resource-Based Learning. She was President of Thailand TESOL from 1992 to 1993, and editor of Thai TESOL Focus from 2002 to 2005, and continues to actively serve on the Advisory Board. At an international level, she has been a moderator of ELTeCS, the English Language Teaching Contact Scheme Network of the British Council which develops electronic networks of teachers through the East Asian region. In addition, she spends her time coordinating the US-Based educational network (iEARN) and uses this as a tool to get Thai students connected to students from other countries.
Maryann Christison

She teaches courses in the graduate programs and coordinates the K-12 teacher education programs for ESL certification and endorsement. She has traveled and lectured to EFL teachers in over 20 countries, including Morocco, France, Canada, Peru, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Thailand, Malaysia, People's Republic of China, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, and Germany. She has authored over 85 articles and 15 books and serves on several editorial advisory boards. She served as TESOL 1995 Convention Chair in Long Beach, California, USA and as TESOL President 1997-1998.

He received his B.A. in Economics and his M.A. and Ph.D. in Linguistics from the University of Michigan. Currently an Associate Professor of Linguistics at the University of Utah, he is the author or co-author of nine books, eleven foreign language tests, and forty articles. He is the co-author of Language Testing in Practice for Oxford University Press. He is a co-founder of the Language Testing Research Colloquium and his main areas of interest include language testing research, test development, teacher training and professional development and language teaching methodology.
David Marsh
University of Jyväskylä, Finland
David Marsh is an education specialist at UNICOM, Continuing Education Centre, University of Jyväskylä, Finland. He was born in Australia, educated in the United Kingdom, and has based in Jyväskylä since moving from Southeast Asia in 1988. His works has generally involved analysis and development of educational contexts and methodologies related to medium of instruction & language learning. In 2002 he carried out research on CLIL for the 2004 – 2006 European Commission Action Plan on language learning and linguistic diversity. As a frequent plenary speaker at congresses and symposia, he has experience of problem solving tasks, projects and development consultancies in Africa, Australia, Russia and Southeast Asia.
